Information Squirrel

Today I am attending a lecture by Jon Snow in the IIEA about New Media. This is an area that really interests me as I studied journalism and communications for four years. I recommend a look, very interesting. On another note, this year I became a member of Inkwell Writers Group. I have really enjoyed the newsletters, great tips about competitions and writers news. Vanessa has asked me to speak at a writers day on September 26th, just for a few minutes about getting a publishing deal. I am looking forward to that, (kind of) but more about the networking side of it, meeting people and I just know I'll have a buzz leaving, those sort of days always get me fired up. I love chatting to people about writing and gathering info to write about!
